Lucy first trained in micropigmentation in 2014, quickly establishing a good reputation in the local area. Since this time Lucys career has continued to flourish and she has picked up several awards for her permanent cosmetics and established her own accredited training.

Lucy decided to qualify in medical micropigmentation after working with any women preparing to start chemotherapy. These clients would visit mainly for eyebrow tattooing and over the years their stories and courage inspired Lucy so greatly she decided that she would like to be able to support them with the final stage of their recovery and completed her training in areola micropigmentation.

Lucy now provides regular areola micropigmentation clinics, working closely with a local foundation and is referred to regularly by several leading surgeons.

Treatments are carried out from Lucy's fully licensed home clinic where she already runs a highly successful permanent cosmetics business.

In making the decision as to where to carry out this kind of treatment Lucy felt that after speaking with her existing areola clients one of the positives they noted from the treatment was that it was carried out in a friendly, welcoming, non hospital environment. 

Areola Micropigmentation (tattooing) Is a process whereby coloured pigment is placed within the skin to create the illusion of a 3d nipple and areola or in other cases to repigment areas that have lost their natural colour following surgery. The aim of the procedure is to improve the aesthetic appearance of the breast by recreating an areola/nipple that closely resembles the areola that has been compromised, there for boosting self esteem and supporting a more positive body image. For many people, areola micropigmentation marks the end of a difficult journey and many of Lucy's clients have stated that they “finally feel like me again”.
